Development
Our development team comes from a diverse background of disciplines within the real estate industry allowing for a complete understanding of the development and construction process. They manage every step of the project’s lifecycle. In order to create coherent and cohesive buildings the team’s involvement begins during pre-acquisition and continues through construction completion and lease-up/sellout.
Construction Managment
Inor Builders Group's in-house construction team has extensive experience with residential ground-up construction as well as large-scale commercial development in and around New York City. The two entities work seamlessly together through all stages of development and construction. The teams begin with conceptual planning followed by providing design coordination, scheduling, estimating and purchasing. Subsequently, the teams transition into managing all aspects of construction on-site while serving as a liaison with property management through the initial building occupancy.
